“The eye of hurricane Irma passed over my house on Cudjoe Key Fl. On 9-10-2017. I got there to see the damage three weeks later. As bad as it looked on TV it was much worse in person. There were many thousands of homes and businesses in need of complete or partial repair. My neighbor across the street told me about Lori and Randy Degler and their contracting business, Sawgrass Builders. I called and they came to my house a few days later. They listened and helped me assess my damages and the repairs I would need.

Randy told me they were first taking care of those that lost their roofs or had walls blown in, so that they could safely live in their houses. They replaced my vinyl siding with Hardie Board, put in Hurricane impact windows and doors, installed a new waterproof floor in the whole house, and took care of outdoor lights that were destroyed. We also had them redo our kitchen with new cabinets and counters. There were a few problems along the way but everything was fixed or resolved to our satisfaction. Our house was refurbished in only a few months. One neighbor said we now had a new house. My wife and are very pleased with all the work that was done. We also have the peace of mind to know that if we need any work done in the future we will have Sawgrass Builders to turn to.”
